SHUPL Signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Keele University

On the afternoon of April 26, SHUPL held a signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Keele University at China National Institute for SCO International Exchange and Judicial Cooperation. Professor Liu Xiaohong, President of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, and Professor Trevor McMillan, Vice-Chancellor of Keele University, signed the MOU and delivered speeches. The signing ceremony was co-chaired by Dr. Zhang Shaoying, Deputy Director of International Affairs Office of SHUPL, and Professor David Law, Academic Director of Global Partnerships of Keele University.



The ceremony was held at both venues in Shanghai and in Keele.
