On 9 May, the overseas lecture “International Sanctions:Implementing a Biopolitical Visionof the International Order”was held online.The lecture was delivered by Matthieu Grandpierron,associate professor from the Catholic University of Vendée(ICES)and hosted by TanTan, associate professor from School of Government, SHUPL.
